Pictured here is a 16' X 16' sunroom with siding and shingles to match the existing house. There are five windows and one slider for plenty of light. The slider accesses the 856 square foot Redwood composite deck. The deck board skirting is perfect for the beach!

The deck doubled in size and was replaced with composite deck
boards. The sunroom is equipped with a ceiling fan
and electric baseboard heat.

This Millsboro home had the deck enlarged to 12' X 20' and
converted into a 3 season room with the installation of both
horizontal sliding and fixed window system.

Installation of half walls and a vinnyl vertical window system created
a great sunroom for these homeowners. Two doors allow
access to the rest of the deck or the concrete patio.
What used to be a screen porch is now a three season room
with glass windows, a door and access to the back yard.
