What once was an old, brown wooden deck is replaced with grey
composite decking. The wrap-around stairs let you access the
sunroom from all sides.

A breezeway that hadn't been used in years was transformed into an
indoor living space with the removal of old windows and installation of
full pane windows and sliders. All of the new pieces have built in blinds.

This house received a new roof, expansion to the existing deck and a screen porch. The old deck and railing were removed and replaced
with composite decking and white vinyl railing. A screen porch sits
where the pergola used to be.
