WHAT'S HOT

This home in Long Neck Shores created an entirely new room
by adding a horizontal sliding window system.  This bottom panels
   are fixed, tempered glass.

Some more horizontal sliders placed on an existing 12' X 25'         deck.  This 3 season room overlooks the pool and patio.  Todd is installing the windows in the top photo.

The warm afternoon sun will keep this room toasty
even during the crisp fall days.

Originally a screen porch, the installation of vinyl windows
allows this room to be used for a longer period of time.
The windows slide up or down, collapsing behind each other for
an unobstructed view and full breeze.

Installation of vinyl windows including a half wall for privacy.  This
project has two doors to allow access to the deck and the patio.

Before                                                 After

This was a deck refurbishment.  Instead of trying to stain the wooden decking, the old deck boards were wrapped with composite and vertical deck board skirting installed.  The wooden railing that was not secure was removed and custom white vinyl railing installed.  Two sets of extra wide stairs lead down to a paver patio.
